Digital Twin Construction
Real-time 3D construction site twins and building lifecycle models designed to keep planners, contractors, and site teams working from one live view of the build.
OVERVIEW
Digital twin construction is designed to apply the real-time 3D core being developed for our industrial digital twins to the built environment. Terrain, access routes, structures, and site logistics are designed to be assembled into a single live model that engineering and site teams will be able to walk through, test against, and update as work progresses.
Survey data, phased construction models, and telemetry from plant and equipment are designed to render together, so a change to the schedule or the site layout will be visible in the same view everyone will be using. The intended result is a shared, engineering-gradereference for planning, coordination, and handover rather than a set of static drawings and disconnected reports.
Terrain and logistics designed to be combined in one model
Every build stage planned to be simulated in sequence
Updates designed to stream as the site changes
CAPABILITIES
Construction Site Twins
Real-time 3D replicas of active sites designed to bring surveyed terrain, temporary works, plant movement, and access routes into one environment crews and planners will be able to review before work begins.
Building Lifecycle Simulation
Structures being modelled from foundations to handover, with each construction phase planned to be simulated in sequence to test sequencing, clearances, and interference before it reaches the ground.
Site Monitoring and Progress Tracking
Modelled phases are designed to sit alongside current site conditions to make planned and actual progress easy to compare so schedules, quantities, and reporting can stay aligned.
Safety and Logistics Planning
Crane arcs, exclusion zones, haul routes, and pedestrian movement are designed to be rehearsed inside the twin, so conflicts and hazards can be resolved in simulation rather than on site.
WHAT'S NEXT
Site-scale digital twins
Extending the twin core toward live site telemetry, scan-to-model comparison, and phased scheduling across larger construction programmes.
